Shipping policy
Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the items delivered.
Local (Singapore) Orders
Option 1: Self Collection
- Self collection at the stores is free.
- Self collection is available our store location at 17 Temple Street Singapore 058563. Everyday except Sunday. From 9 am to 6 pm.
- Choose self collection option upon checkout
- Do collect your order within 14 working days upon confirmation email.
- If the order is not collected within 14 working days, we will mail the order to the shipping address stated.
Option 2: Delivery
- Delivery is chargeable at a flat rate of $29.90
- For orders of apparels and diningwares, items will be sent out within 3 to 5 days.
- For orders of tablecloths and table linens, items will be sent out once they are completed. This can be anywhere between 7 to 14 days. Please bear with us as tablecloths and table linens are made to order upon receipt of your confirmation. If you need an order urgently, kindly contact us or give us a call at 67484138 / 62227175 to speak to our sales personnel.
- Delivery is free for orders $350 and above.
- We will dispatch the items every Tuesday and Thursday.
- Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. We will call ahead to confirm delivery.
- In the event that there is nobody available to receive (or sign for) the items, your order will be returned to the retail outlet for self-collection instead.
International Shipping
We apologise as we are unable to offer this option at the moment. However, we can offer delivery to your freight forwarder of your choice. Delivery charges for local shipping applies.
