Exchange

We allow exchange of products within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Items exchanged must not been used or washed. If it has been used or washed, then we are unable to carry out the exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse a exchange of any products based on the condition of the merchandise.

After Sales Support and Service

We provide alterations and repairs to all fabric items that is damaged, subject to the conditions of your product. In the event your products has been damaged, please bring it to our retail outlet for our staff to have a closer inspection and we will advice if we are able to perform a repair. Depending on the extent of damage, we may charge a repair fee. For simple repairs, we can perform at our retail store. For more complicated repairs, you may have to leave the item with us and collect it at another time.
